The place is beautiful! My family has hosted a wedding here before and it turned out wonderful! This is also one of my childhood favorite places and has stayed a personal favorite of mine for years! Their stir fried snails are a bit salty but they’re so delicious still nonetheless. Their shrimp dishes are so good as their shrimp is so soft ! They serve amazing chicken feet and have really nice rice stuffed in leaves I forgot the name of it but it’s one of my favorites! Their staff is very friendly and quick with their job and I’ve always had a good experience coming here whether with friends or family it’s always been such amazing experiences whenever I go! If you want to try it it is located above the chase bank you’ll have to go to the side and find the glass doors that lead to a staircase and you go up and then you’re at the restaurant since it’s kind of hidden if you don’t look up at the windows above the chase bank.

Our dinner was surprisingly good despite the reviews. We were looking for Malaysian but since we haven’t been to Brooklyn Chinatown for a long time, we ended up here. Pacificana used to be one of our fave Dimsum place. It’s been here since the 80s when it used to be downstairs (mom in law said). I’ve been here many times for dinner before covid. … we orrdered the lobster friend rice, Fujian pork ribs with taro, calamari, and Hou Mian (fat noodles)… it met our Cantonese standard. I’m not sure about the other dish. The pai gu is Fujian style (something different)….

Food 2/5 Service 1/5 Ambiance 3/5 Value 2/5 We came to Pacific Palace to celebrate Mother’s Day, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. While dim sum spots are usually known for being fast-paced, the service here was incredibly slow. We had to hunt people down to refill our tea, and empty dishes sat on our table for the duration of the meal. The Good: The basics like Har Gow, Siu Mai, Cheong Fun, and Chive Dumplings were decent The Misses: I would strongly suggest passing on the "Chef Special" noodles. The stir-fry noodles had a very small portion and lacked that essential Wok Hei. The Taipan Mai Fun was overcooked and wet, which is a major disappointment when it’s supposed to be a dry-fried dish. The Logistics: Parking is also a struggle in this area I usually don't mind subpar service if the food is good, but when both are lacking, it’s hard to justify a return trip.

This place is located upstairs from a bank and never noticed it until spotting it from across the street one day. It's a typical big banquet hall-style set-up with the ladies walking around the floor with the carts. A lot of the great dim sum classics.

The restaurant itself is on the second floor. There are stairs and an elevator. Really high ceiling, somewhat cavernous. We went at an odd time, between lunch and dinner. Some of the lights were off and were turned on. Some of the waiters and workers were sitting down prepping food, i think? The food was amazing. Their menu is huge, lots to choose from. Lots of varieties.
